Aseptic Diaphragm Valves




Applications: Depending on the design, but especially suitable for high purity media through to heavily contaminated media; high viscosity, liquid, gaseous, corrosive and inert media. In combination with suitable control equipment, the diaphragm valve is a good alternative to the classical control valve especially with liquid and contaminated media.
Working pressure: up to 10 bar
Working temperature: up to 150°C
Nominal size: DN 4 - 600 mm
Body material: stainless steel alloys such as 316 L, 1.4435, 1.4539, 1.4408
Seal material: EPDM, Hypalon, Perbunan, FPM, silicone, PTFE/TFM
Connection: Threaded sockets, flanges, butt weld spigots, clamps and unions
Operation: Manually, pneumatically/hydraulically operated and motorized
Options: Straight through body; T body in PVDF and stainless steel; multiport and tank bottom outlet bodies in stainless steel
