Shared Contact Identity Graph: Platione may maintain a shared identity graph for business contacts and organizations. When a user provides a matching phone number, email address, domain, or similar key identifier, we may link that record to an existing master contact or organization profile and show shared profile details. We do not share company-specific interactions, notes, tasks, orders, enquiries, pricing, pipeline, call logs, emails, WhatsApp conversations, campaigns, or usage data between unrelated companies.

1.7 Shared Contact Identity Graph and Enriched Profile Data
Identity Matching: We may use phone numbers, email addresses, domains, business names, tax identifiers, locations, and other key identifiers to identify duplicate or related contacts and organizations
Master Profiles: When a new contact matches an existing record, we may link the company-specific relationship to the existing master contact or organization profile instead of creating a duplicate profile
Shared Profile Fields: Shared profile data may include name, company name, role, business contact details, website, address, location, social links, public business profile details, and other profile attributes that describe the contact or organization
Company-Specific Private Data: We do not share seller-specific or buyer-specific interactions, notes, tasks, orders, enquiries, pricing, pipeline status, internal classifications, call logs, email contents, WhatsApp messages, campaign performance, or usage analytics with unrelated companies
No Key Identifier, No Linking: If another company does not provide matching key identifiers or otherwise have a permitted relationship, it cannot access private contact records solely because they exist in Platione
