4.2 Content and Messaging
Sellers acknowledge that:
Platione.com may create, modify, and send marketing content on behalf of Sellers
Communications will be sent using Platione.com's messaging infrastructure and branding
All communications will comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing regulations
Recipients have the right to opt-out of future communications
4.3 Database and Targeting
Sellers consent to Platione.com:
Using our proprietary buyer database for outreach campaigns
Applying AI-powered targeting and lead scoring algorithms
Sharing Seller information with qualified potential buyers
Including Seller details in industry newsletters and market updates
4.4 Seller Upload of Third-Party Contacts
When Sellers upload contact lists for marketing campaigns:
Seller Warranties: Sellers warrant they have lawful basis and valid consent for each contact uploaded
Platione Liability: Platione does not verify consent and is not liable for violations of consent requirements
Campaign Suspension: Platione reserves the right to suspend campaigns without proof of proper consent
Indemnification: Sellers agree to indemnify Platione for any legal violations related to uploaded contact lists
Compliance Documentation: Sellers must maintain records of consent and provide upon request
4.5 Communication Standards
All communications sent on behalf of Sellers will:
Include proper identification of the sending party
Provide clear unsubscribe mechanisms
Comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws
Maintain professional business communication standards
5. USER REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNTS
5.1 Users must create an account to access certain features of our Platform.
5.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
5.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
5.4 You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Transaction Commission: Commission rates vary by product category (2% - 8% of transaction value)
Digital Marketing Services: As per service packages selected by the User
Communication Services: Charges for email, WhatsApp, and SMS campaigns based on volume
Premium Features: CRM access, advanced analytics, and priority support as per subscription plans
8.2 Payment Collection and Remittance
All payments are processed through our authorized payment partners
Seller payments are remitted after deducting applicable fees and taxes
Payment cycles: Weekly for verified sellers, monthly for new sellers

8.3 Refund and Cancellation Policy

Insolvency/Business Closure: If Platione ceases operations due to insolvency or business discontinuation, no refunds shall be issued
Platform fees retained for order processing regardless of transaction cancellation
