All media contacting
All media contacting elastomers are controlled compression joints, latest technology where static and dynamic elastomer seals are used to prevent leakage of pumped media to the atmosphere.
4 lobe rotors
It has 4 lobe rotors rated to 150 C facilitating the use of CIP and SIP processes. Fully front loading and interchangeable single, single flushed and double mechanical shaft seals are available.
The robust cast iron gearbox
The robust cast iron gearbox provides maximum shaft rigidity and easy oil seal replacement.
The gearbox design
The gearbox design is universal, which provides flexibility of mounting pumps with inlet and outlet plots in either vertical or horizontal plane by changing the foot and its position.
Bare shaft pump
Can be supplied as bare shaft pump or mounted base plate complete with coupling, guard, gear motor and shroud for easy plug and play installation.
All media contacting steel components
All media contacting steel components, like rotor case, front cover, rotor and rotor nuts are W.14404 (AISI 316L)
SX Ultra Pure How It Work
A gear train in the pump gearbox drives the rotors and provides accurate synchronization of the multi-lobe rotors. The movement of the counter-rotating rotors creates a partial vacuum that allows atmospheric pressure or other external pressures to force fluid into the pump chamber. As the rotors revolve, an expanding cavity forms, filling with fluid. As the blades disengage, each dwell forms a cavity. As the rotor blades engage, the cavity diminishes and fluid is displaced into the outlet port.
